My name is Jag Sihota and I want to bring to you one of the most amazing places on Earth for breath taking views, culinary culture and natural beauty: Baja, Mexico.

Ever since I was a child, I was blessed to have experienced some of the most beautiful places on Earth. Table mountains and wineries in Capetown, Sout Africa, the natural beauty of in New Zealand. The nature of Vancouver, Canada, the castles of Ireland, the history of Italy and the churches of England, Buckingham Palace, India and the Taj Mahal and the Golden Temple. The beautiful beaches of Fiji, the opera house in Sydney, i have seen a lot but what I bring you now is equally amazing.

I have had some of the best culinary food in the world like a Brai in Johanasburg, South Africa and fish & chips in England and Ireland. Curries in India, sea food in Australia and the most delicious of all, my moms home cooking in our villiage in India.

I am lucky to have experienced this and I know this was my calling in life. Now everything I learned in the world I want to bring home and introduce you to Baja, Mexico.
